Assisting Hands Home Care in Massachusetts is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team serving Norfolk and Suffolk counties. We value respect, support, and ongoing development for our caregivers.

Join our team and you'll assist clients with daily activities, provide companionship, and help with meals, mobility, and medication reminders. We support you with an RN Supervisor and offer advancement opportunities.

Competenze

• Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with clients and families.
• Current CNA or HHA certification or caregiving experience.
• Nursing students seeking patient care exposure are welcome.
• Experience in home care is a plus but not required; kindness matters most.
• Strong communication and a caring, patient-focused approach.
• Ability to follow care plans and provide compassionate care.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Able to pass background checks.

Mansioni

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming to maintain dignity.
• Support mobility, transfers, light exercise or walking as directed.
• Prepare and serve meals to ensure healthy nutrition.
• Provide medication reminders and coordinate with supervisors.
• Offer companionship and engage in activities to brighten days.
• Show enthusiasm for helping others and learning new skills.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment for clients.
• Occasional transportation to appointments; mileage reimbursed.
• Demonstrate dedication to clients and teamwork with the agency.
