Right at Home is hiring Home Health Aides and Personal Care Assistants to support seniors in their homes in the Indianapolis area. You will receive training, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for ongoing education.
Flexible schedules and mileage reimbursement are available, with benefits determined by the franchise. As a valued member of the team, you will assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and mobility support, while delivering compassionate care
Competenze
- HS diploma or GED required.
- Six months HHA/PCA healthcare experience required.
- State-approved Nurse Aide or HHA course completion preferred.
- CPR certification recommended.
- Read, write, and speak English as needed for the job.
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle required to work.
- Demonstrated empathy and ability to work with seniors.
Mansioni
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, toileting, dressing).
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Light housekeeping and home management tasks.
- Assist with mobility devices and safety measures.
- Take vital signs and report changes to nurse.
- Provide compassionate, respectful client interactions.
