Help at Home is hiring Home Care Aides to provide one-on-one in-home care for seniors in your community. We offer paid training, no experience required, and typically 15–25 hours per week with travel considerations.

Formación

• STNA or 1 year of supervised employment experience as a home health aide or nurse aide, or completion of a 30-hour program.
• Must complete a 30-hour company-paid training if above not met.
• Be in good physical health, including TB test within 6 months prior to first assignment.
• Dedication to professional development and state-required training.
• Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements; varies by state and location.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one home care, including light housekeeping and meals.
• Assist with dressing, grooming, and errands.
• Support clients to appointments and accompany them.

Educación
