Right at Home Torrance is seeking a Home Care Assistant to support seniors and vulnerable adults in their homes. You will provide personal care, assist with daily tasks, and help maintain independence and dignity for clients in a compassionate, professional manner.

As part of the Right at Home South Bay family, you will work with a caring team, document services, and build strong relationships with clients and their families while upholding our values of excellence and respect.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Registered as Home Care Aide (or willing to register) CNA preferred.
• Current TB Test.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship.
• Develop and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with clients and their families.
• Work closely with the care team to ensure the highest level of care is provided.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided.
