No Worries Care is hiring Home Care Aides (HCA/CNA) to deliver high-quality in-home care and support clients in their own homes. The role emphasizes safety, comfort, and patient-centered care within long-term care, assisted living, or home health settings.

The ideal candidate will have experience in home care and a strong focus on compassionate, individualized care, with opportunities for flexible scheduling and ongoing training in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospice care.
• Knowledge of patient observation techniques and vital signs monitoring.
• Ability to assist with ADLs and provide compassionate patient care.
• Familiarity with medication reminders and care planning processes.
• Experience working with dementia, arthritis, or mobility challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
• Give medication reminders following care plans and HIPAA guidelines.
• Provide meal preparation and nutritional support tailored to individual dietary needs.
• Support patients with memory care, dementia, Alzheimer's, or other cognitive impairments.
• Use assistive devices to ensure safe transfers and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition or behavior to care team.
• Perform light housekeeping and document services provided.
• Support patients during social activities and promote engagement for well-being.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols including CPR, first aid, and infection control procedures.
