No Worries Care is seeking dedicated caregivers to support clients in their homes, helping them live safely and comfortably with dignity. This role emphasizes one-on-one care and compassionate communication, adapting to each client’s needs and routines.

We welcome both experienced caregivers and newcomers who demonstrate reliability, empathy, and a genuine interest in improving quality of life. CNA or HCA certification is preferred, with certification support offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving or related field experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with reliability and professionalism.
• Genuine compassion and commitment to client well‑being.
• CNA or HCA certification preferred, or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene).
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers.
• Help manage medications and follow care plans.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding.
• Support light housekeeping and a clean living space.
• Foster engagement through conversation and social activities.
• Communicate with family and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
