Job summary

Caring Hands United is seeking compassionate home care aides to help seniors and people with disabilities live independently at home. You will provide personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation and medication reminders.

We offer free PCA training, flexible schedules, and both full- and part-time positions. Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and may have CNA, HHA, or PCA credentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CNA, HHA or PCA credentials preferred or eligible.
• Non-certified caregivers with at least 6 months of experience qualify for free PCA training.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, such as bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping and transportation.
• Give medication reminders and monitor client health.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Report health and safety issues to supervisors.
• Support independent living in clients' homes.
