Responsibilities

• Assist with daily routines, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals and encourage hydration.
• Provide companionship and engage in conversation.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a comfortable home.
• Provide mobility assistance per care plan.
• Accompany the client to appointments or errands.
• Monitor comfort and safety and communicate concerns to the agency team.
