Job summary

AmericarePlus is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Assistants, and Personal Care Aides to provide compassionate in-home care in Virginia. Day Shift 10a-4p (Sun, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri) with options for Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN schedules.

Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, mobility, meals, medication reminders, companionship, light housework, and health-monitoring. Must hold CNA/NA/PCA certification with Virginia license; drivers with reliable transportation encouraged.

Qualifications

• CNA/NA/PCA certifications are required.
• Reliable transportation and Virginia driver’s license are needed.
• SS card and 2 references are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Support mobility and transfers (bed to wheelchair).
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Monitor and report health or behavior changes.
