Job summary

AmeriCare Plus in Virginia is hiring CNA/NA/PCA for in-home personal care. Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN shifts available. Weekly pay and benefits offered, with a focus on compassionate, reliable care in clients' homes.

Responsibilities include hygiene, mobility assistance, meal support, medication reminders, companionship, light housekeeping, and health monitoring. Training provided for PCA certification; drivers with valid VA license preferred.

Qualifications

• CNA, NA, or PCA certification required (PCA training available)
• Reliable transportation and valid VA driver’s license
• SS card and 2 professional references requested

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming and bathing
• Support mobility and transfers (bed to wheelchair)
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding
• Provide medication reminders
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping and meal prep
• Monitor and report changes in health or behavior
