Delta Homecare is seeking compassionate caregivers/home care aides to provide patient-centered care in clients’ homes, promoting dignity, safety and independence.

Applicants will support daily living activities, participate in mobility and meal tasks, and follow care plans with a professional team. Flexible full-time/part-time/PRN shifts accompany a supportive work environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or home care preferred.
• Must communicate effectively with clients and families.
• Must complete background checks.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide light housekeeping related to client’s care.
• Assist with laundry and maintaining a clean environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist clients to maintain independence and participate in activities.
• Follow each client’s care plan and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain client confidentiality and accurate documentation.
• Comply with Medicaid and regulatory requirements.
