Home Helpers of the Northern Shenandoah Valley - Front Royal, VA is seeking a Home Care Aide to support seniors and individuals in need at home, helping with daily activities and maintaining independence with dignity.

You will work in a flexible schedule with part-time shifts, competitive pay, and opportunities for training and growth. Join a supportive team that values compassion, reliability, and making life easier for families.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in the home care industry.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).
• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide non-medical care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
• Support clients with medication reminders and appointment scheduling.
• Engage in conversations, play games, and participate in activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and communication with family members and healthcare professionals.
