Job summary

Brooks Homehealthcare seeks a Home Care Aide to provide in-home, one-on-one care. You will follow a personalized care plan, build meaningful relationships, and maintain a healthy, organized home environment while communicating clearly with supervising staff.

Candidates should have HHA training, a HS diploma or GED, and CPR certification. A valid driver’s license and at least one year of experience are preferred to join our compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One year of professional experience preferred.
• Driver’s license required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities and mobility.
• Care for patients by housekeeping and personal care tasks.
• Maintain records of patient care and report observations.
• Engage patients to support mental alertness.
• Support medication administration and immunizations.
• Encourage patients with exercises and activities.
