Help at Home is hiring TODAY in your community! We offer paid training, no experience required. Caregivers typically work 15–25 hours per week, based on availability and travel requirements.

Full-time schedules require a valid driver’s license, access to a reliable personal vehicle, and the ability to support multiple clients in a single day. As a Home Care Aide, you’ll work 1-on-1 with clients in their homes, providing light housekeeping, personal care, and errands.

Qualifications

• STNA or 1 year of supervised HHA/Nurse Aide experience or completion of a 30-hour Training & Competency Evaluation Program.
• If not meeting the above, the candidate must complete a 30-hour company-paid training prior to seeing clients.
• Be in good physical health and provide TB testing within six months prior to first assignment where required.
• Dedication to professional development and required trainings.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1-on-1 in-home care to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Run errands and accompany clients to appointments.
