Job summary

A healthcare provider is looking for a Home Care Aide to deliver personalized care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, maintaining care records, and engaging patients. Prior experience in Home Health or Hospice is advantageous, alongside CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Prior Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds.
• Care for patients by changing bed linens and cleaning the home.
• Maintain records of patient care and progress.
• Build relationships with patients to keep them mentally healthy.
• Administer medications and immunizations.
• Engage patients in exercises.
