ARMANTII HOME CARE SERVICES INC in Dearborn, MI is seeking a compassionate Homecare Worker to join our growing team. You will provide essential in‑home care, including personal care, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship.

Ideal candidates have prior homecare experience and may hold CNA or HHA certification. A client‑first attitude, reliability, and strong communication are essential. Flexible hours and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in homecare, personal care, or a related caregiving role preferred.
• CNA or HHA certification is a plus.
• Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-first attitude.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when required.
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces.
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervisors promptly.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans.
• Transport or accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed.
