Job summary

Above All Home Care LLC is seeking a compassionate Home Care Aide to support clients in their homes, following individualized care plans and providing one-on-one, respectful care. You will assist with daily activities, monitor well-being, and help maintain a clean, safe home environment while fostering meaningful relationships.

Strong communication skills are essential, and prior Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program.
High School Diploma or GED.
One year prior professional experience.
Driver’s license required.
CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

Personal care and daily living: Assist with bathing, showering, grooming, oral hygiene, and dressing.
Household support: Prepare nutritious meals, light housekeeping, laundry, and tidy living areas.
Companionship and emotional support: Provide conversation, social interaction, and encouragement; engage clients in activities.
Errands and transportation: Run errands, accompany to appointments, help schedule appointments and keep a calendar.
Safety and observation: Monitor changes in condition; report concerns; follow infection control and safety protocols.
Documentation and communication: Record daily activities and observations; communicate with family and care team; maintain confidentiality.
Professional conduct: Arrive on time, respect independence and cultural values; complete required training and certifications.
