Job summary

Golden Poppy Caregiving is hiring Home Care Aides (HCA) to provide in-home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities in California. Pay ranges from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, with flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Requirements include an active California HCA registration, being 18+, TB clearance, valid driver’s license with auto insurance if transporting clients, and the ability to pass a background screening. Caregiving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility, transfer, and ambulation support.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Run errands and grocery shopping as needed.
