Job summary

Safe Life Home Healthcare in Franklin Park, IL seeks a compassionate Home Care Aide to provide in-home support to clients in DuPage County. The role emphasizes patient, caring assistance with daily activities to enhance quality of life and independence.

You will assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, meal prep, and medications reminders, perform light housekeeping, run errands, and provide transportation as needed while reporting changes to the health team and maintaining a safe home

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA certification preferred.
• Experience in caregiving, especially with elderly clients, is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to client well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and companionship.
• Support daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, meal prep, and medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping, run errands, and provide transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition to the healthcare team.
