You will assist clients with daily living activities, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments, following individualized care plans and documenting tasks in our home care app. We offer competitive pay in the $19.00–$19.75 per hour range, mileage reimbursement, flexible schedules, and benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Access to a reliable car is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals).
• Perform light housekeeping as needed.
• Transport clients to medical appointments and outings.
• Deliver personalized services based on care plan.
• Ensure client safety and report changes to supervisor.
