Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is hiring Home Care Aide/Personal Care Aide in Reno. Earn $18.00 per hour with weekly pay and direct deposit. Shifts available, 1:1 client ratios, and the chance to set your own schedule.

Experience in geriatrics is required, along with a clear background check and drug screen. Provide compassionate, high-quality care in a home-based setting and build skills with online training and CEUs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role.
• Clear Background Check & Drug Screen.
• Valid NV driver license, auto insurance and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support services to seniors living in their home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship.
• Help with ambulation and transferring.
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
• Ensure a safe environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy.
