Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care in the Boston area seeks compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support to clients. You will work with an RN Supervisor who supports you in the field and helps you grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English required.
• Current CNA or HHA certification or caregiving experience.
• Nursing students seeking patient care experience welcome.
• Previous home care experience is a plus but not required; kindness and eagerness matter.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, light exercise or walking.
• Prepare and serve meals for healthy eating.
• Provide medication reminders and support.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Follow care plans with compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment.
• Provide occasional client transportation with mileage reimbursement.
