Help at Home is hiring TODAY in your community as a Home Care Aide. No experience required; paid training is provided. Caregivers typically work 15-25 hours per week based on availability and travel requirements.

Full-time schedules may require a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for multiple clients in a day. Starting pay is $15-$17 per hour. Weekly pay, flexible schedules, travel pay, direct deposit and a cash card are provided, along with meaningful work supporting

Qualifications

• STNA or 1 year supervised home health aide or nurse aide experience, or completion of a 30-hour program.
• Must pass TB test where required.
• State background screening compliance.
• Good physical health to perform care tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide light housekeeping, dressing, grooming, and meals assistance.
• Run errands, groceries, and accompany clients to appointments.
• Support clients with 1-on-1 in-home care and daily activities.
