Help at Home is hiring TODAY in your community. We now offer paid training, no experience required; caregivers typically work 15–25 hours per week, with full-time schedules requiring a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle to support multiple clients daily.

We are the nation’s leading provider of in-home support to seniors, offering a pay rate of $15-$17 per hour. Benefits include weekly pay, travel pay, direct deposit, and referral bonuses up to $150 per eligible referral.

Qualificações

• STNA or 1 year supervised employment as a home health aide or nurse aide OR completion of a 30-hour training program.
• Be in good physical health with TB test within 6 months prior to first assignment.
• Commitment to professional development and state-required training.
• Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements; compensation, benefits and time off vary by state and location.

Responsabilidades

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning.
• Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals.
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and/or accompanying clients to appointments.
