No Worries Care Tacoma is seeking dedicated caregivers to support clients at home, providing personal care, mobility help, medications adherence, meals, and light housekeeping. Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving or related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with reliability and professionalism.
• CNA or HCA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers.
• Help manage medications and follow personalized care plans.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
• Support clients with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean living space.
• Foster engagement through conversation and social activities.
• Communicate and collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
