A First Name Basis is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to support clients in Saucier, MS in their homes. This full/part‑time role offers competitive pay and growth opportunities within a mission-driven home‑care team.

You will provide personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation assistance while adhering to safety and care standards. Experience in home health or CNA is preferred; flexible shifts available.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings and background checks.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care support including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, toileting, and other tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation; assist with feeding as needed.
• Medication reminders and accompany clients to appointments.
• Monitor and report changes in client health and well-being.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly client environment.
• Document care provided according to company and regulatory standards.
• Travel to patient homes and assigned visits across the service area.
• Complete required in-service training upon hire and annually.
• Follow written care instructions and document services provided.
