Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care in San Mateo County is hiring experienced caregivers to provide in-home support for seniors. You will offer personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, transportation, and companionship, all while promoting independence and dignity.

We offer flexible scheduling, Daily Pay through Tapcheck, paid training, and a responsive office team that matches caregivers with clients who fit their skills and availability. Evening, morning, weekday and weekend shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ eligibility and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation to service areas in San Mateo County.
• Current HCA registration or willingness to obtain.
• Negative TB test or willing to test before starting.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Personal care and assistance with bathing and dressing.
• Mobility assistance and transfers.
• Dementia and Alzheimer's care support.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Transportation and companionship to clients.
• Flexible scheduling to cover various shifts (4h, 6h, weekdays/weekends).
