Job summary

Ambercare is urgently hiring Home Care Aides (HCAs) in New Mexico, including Santa Fe, Pojoaque, Tesuque, Los Alamos, Chimayo, and surrounding areas. This entry-level role offers flexible, part-time hours and daily pay options for select positions, helping seniors remain independent at home.

You will provide personal care, companionship, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and observe changes in client condition, reporting to supervisors.

Qualifications

• CNA training completed and background check required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.
• Assist with therapy exercises under a Registered Therapist.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing) and daily activities.
• Provide companionship and accompany clients to appointments.
• Observe client condition changes and report to supervisor.
• Turn or reposition bedridden clients.
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment.
