Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous home care experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes in Oxford, MI.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans closely.
• Physical capability to assist with mobility and household tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Assist clients with medication reminders as per care plan.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment.
• Accompany clients to appointments and activities as needed.
• Monitor health and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided.
