Qualifications

• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Reminders for medications per care plan.
• Light housekeeping including meals, laundry, cleaning.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities.
• Monitor and report health changes to supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided.
