Job summary
Assisting Hands Home Care - Schaumburg & Park Ridge, IL is seeking compassionate Personal Home Care Aides to provide non-medical, in-home care to seniors and individuals needing assistance. You will offer personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support following individualized care plans; travel within the service area is expected.

Qualifications
- Prior caregiving experience preferred; 1+ year in home care, private duty, CNA, HHA, or related setting is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Current auto insurance.
- A dependable, compassionate, and patient approach to caregiving.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Companionship and meaningful daily activities.
- Meal preparation and basic household tasks.
- Following individualized care plans and client routines.
- Providing safe, respectful, and dependable in-home support.
- Documenting care and communicating important changes to the office.
