Job summary

Qualifications

• Meets training requirements and demonstrates DOH competencies.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Has the required skills to perform services as specified in the participant's service plan.
• Self-directed with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
• Empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail or impaired.
• Must pass criminal records check; have a child abuse clearance as required.
• Complete any necessary pre/in-service training related to the participant's service plan.
• Have a valid driver's license if operation of a vehicle is necessary to provide the service.
