Job summary

Abernathy Home Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Aides (PCAs), and experienced caregivers to join our team serving Danvers, Peabody, Beverly and surrounding North Shore communities. We offer flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and short 2–4 hour portions, with scheduling built around your life.

Positions include full-time and part-time opportunities with paid training and orientation.

Qualifications

• HHA, PCA, CNA certification preferred, but experienced caregivers are encouraged to apply.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Offer companionship and conversation to clients.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind about medications and assist with scheduling transportation to appointments.
