Abernathy Home Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) in Massachusetts for flexible, full-time or part-time roles. Start ASAP with immediate interviews and paid orientation, earning $19–$21 per hour.

A family-owned agency, we support caregivers with training, mileage reimbursement, and flexible scheduling to fit your life. As an HHA, you will assist clients with ADLs, provide companionship, reminders for medications, and transportation to appointments, helping seniors stay at home

Qualifications

• Massachusetts HHA certification is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance is required.
• Current TB test is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Ability to begin working quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands.
• Support individuals living with dementia and memory loss.
• Help clients maintain independence and quality of life.
