Always Compassionate Health is seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to support clients at home in New York. The role offers flexible shifts, including full-time, part-time, per diem, and live-in opportunities, with starting pay of $18.65 per hour.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in home-based care settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal care.
• Help clients safely walk, transfer, reposition, and move throughout their homes.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation to maintain nutrition.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and monitor changes in condition.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Communicate with clients, families, nurses, coordinators, and other care team members.
