Alliance Homecare in Fort Lee, NJ is seeking dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our private-duty care team in Bergen County. The role offers $21/hour starting pay with weekly pay, flexible shifts from 4 to 12 hours, paid orientation, and benefits including health insurance, 401(k), sick and holiday pay.

You will assist clients with bathing, transfers, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, vital signs, and reporting changes to the RN, following each client’s care plan.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey State HHA License.
• 6+ months of HHA experience.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming & toileting.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation & mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Report changes in condition to the RN.
• Provide care according to the client’s plan of care.
