Job summary

Horizon Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to support clients in Miami County, Ohio and surrounding areas. This role provides in-home care to help clients stay safe, comfortable and independent at home.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, transfers, meals, light housekeeping, documenting care, and offering companionship. A valid Ohio STNA/CNA license is required, plus a driver's license and reliability for flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Current active Ohio STNA license.
• CNA license - less than two years old.
• One year of verifiable caregiving under RN supervision.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with safe transfers, ambulation, and mobility.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Monitor changes in client condition and report to nurse.
