Job summary

JFS at Home is seeking compassionate Home Health Aids (HHAs) to join our private-duty home care team in Boca Raton and surrounding areas. You will provide personal care, mobility support, meal prep, and companionship in clients' homes.

Qualified candidates have Florida HHA certification (40 hours), at least one year of healthcare experience, and Florida CEUs as required. Flexible scheduling and reliable transportation are appreciated.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in home care, hospital, assisted living, or healthcare setting.
• Current CEUs as required by the State of Florida.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home care to clients.
• Assist with personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Provide medication reminders as allowed by policy.
• accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community outings.
• Meal planning and preparation while monitoring nutrition.
