Job summary
Heartfelt Connections Home Care is seeking outstanding Care Providers to support our mission of quality, heartfelt care in clients' homes. We are looking for mature, compassionate, and dependable caregivers to assist seniors and others with physical limitations with daily activities and personal supervision.
Responsibilities include bathing, toileting, ADLs, meal prep, transfers, medication reminders, light housekeeping, shopping and transportation.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Driver’s license and social security card or government issued ID.
- Own transportation and the capability to transport clients.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- CPR/First Aid certified.
- Proof of negative TB test within last 12 months (preferred).
- Genuine care for others and the willingness to learn.
- Must have HHA Certification.
Responsibilities
- Bathing Assistance
- Toileting Assistance
- Assistance with ADLs (Activities of daily living)
- Meal Preparation
- Transfer/Mobility Assistance
- Medication Reminders
- Light Housekeeping (linen changes, laundry, dishes, sweep, mop)
- Cleaning Kitchen and Bathroom
- Shopping, errands, and transportation
- Personal Supervision
