Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Home Health Aide to support patients in their homes within BAYADA’s Assistive Care Division. You will follow a nurse’s plan of care, provide personal care, companionship, and light homemaking, helping adults stay safe and independent at home.

We offer training, 24/7 clinical support, weekly pay, and flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, per-diem and on-call. Travel to client homes is expected and valued.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to clients' homes as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse to provide personal care, household support, and companion care.
• Build close relationships with clients while assisting with daily living activities.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and mobility support.
• Provide medication reminders and encourage safety and independence at home.
