Job summary

Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Sauk Rapids, MN is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) for memory care and assisted living. The role supports residents with daily activities, provides companionship, and helps with mobility and routine care under RN supervision.

Great for growth in a resident-focused environment. Ideal candidates have caregiving experience, an active Minnesota CNA registry or a 75-hour CNA certificate, and are at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be Active on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry OR provide a 75-hour CNA certificate.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful leisure and recreational activities.
• Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, and exercise.
• Assist with medication administration under the direction and supervision of the RN.
• Accurately document medication administration in the EMAR.
• Report any changes in resident condition to the RN promptly.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
