Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate HHAs and CNAs to support clients in Bradenton and nearby areas. Join a team that values reliability, respect, and listening to your contributions.

We offer weekly pay, flexible 4–12 hour shifts, and benefits for those meeting 32 hours weekly. A minimum of one year experience or a valid HHA/CNA license is required, with CPR and background check completed.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience.
• Current HHA - Home Health Aide or CNA License OR 1 year of verifiable, hands-on experience working as a caregiver.
• BLS CPR certification (in-person hands-on component) and background check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Light housekeeping and meal planning/prep assistance.
• Bathing, grooming, and oral care support.
• Assist with toileting and nail care.
• Range of motion exercises and transfers as needed.
• Medication assistance and transportation to appointments.
