Job summary

OurCare Health is expanding its in-home care team in Brandon, FL. We are hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) and CNAs as independent contractors on a 1099 basis, with pay starting at $16 per hour and potentially higher on some shifts.

Qualifications

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
• Exhibit compassion and professionalism in client interactions.
• Reliable and punctual for scheduled shifts.
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate with office staff.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit Compassion and Pride in your work while enhancing the quality of life of your clients.
• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
• Assist with Ambulation, transfers, exercise, and assistance with feeding when necessary.
• Meal preparation, home making, transportation, shopping and other custodial services.
• Communicate with office staff to ensure our clients are receiving the best possible care and assistance.
