OurCare Health is a home care provider dedicated to building relationships and supporting caregivers. As an HHA/CNA, you’ll help seniors live independently while receiving strong support and ongoing process improvements from a company that values trust and care.

We offer Direct Deposit every Friday, Flexible Scheduling, and shifts with hourly pay starting at $16, with some shifts paying $20/hour or more. This is a 1099 position with referral bonuses and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit compassion and pride while enhancing the quality of life of your clients.
• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, exercise, and feeding when necessary.
• Meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation, shopping and other custodial services.
• Communicate with office staff to ensure clients receive the best possible care and assistance.
