Job summary

Qualifications
- HCA certification (CNA license preferred).
- Caregiving experience: 6 months full-time or 12 months part-time.
- Strong communication and a compassionate heart.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance (if transporting clients).
- Current TB test.
- Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks.
- Trustworthiness, punctuality, and maturity.
- Ability to pass background checks.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, meals)
- Support safe mobility and transportation to appointments
- Prepare meals and give medication reminders
- Follow safety protocols in emergencies
- Engage clients in activities they love to promote wellness
