Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Habilitation Technicians / DSPs in the Monroeville area to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live fuller, more independent lives. You will build meaningful one-on-one relationships and support clients in home and community settings.

Start part-time with the potential to grow up to 40 hours per week, with weekly pay up to $19/hour, PTO, and a supportive team with 24/7 clinical manager support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience working with individuals with I/DD; paid apprentice program available.
• Strong communication, empathy, and reliability.
• Ability to work independently in home and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks.
• Support clients with errands and appointments.
• Engage in hobbies, activities, and social outings.
• Encourage participation in community activities.
• Document care and report to supervisor as needed.
