Qualifikationen

• Certification in first aid and CPR required; additional certifications such as medication administration or Hoyer lift training advantageous.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or requiring personal support desirable.
• Ability to monitor vital signs and recognize health deterioration.
• Strong communication skills for interactions with residents, families, and team members.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record.
• Compassionate attitude, patience, flexibility, and genuine desire to improve residents' well-being.

• Assist residents with ADLs to promote independence and comfort.
• Monitor vital signs like blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
• Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document in EMR.
• Support memory care needs with appropriate behavior management techniques.
• Operate mobility aids and assist with transfers for safe movement.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols.
• Document resident progress, incidents, and care activities for teams.
• Drive residents for appointments or community outings when needed.
• Collaborate with social workers, healthcare professionals, and families on care plans.
