Qualifications

• Must be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Must have one prior successful pregnancy.
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Provide gestational care in collaboration with medical team and intended parents.
• Adhere to medical, legal and emotional support protocols established by the agency.
• Maintain open communication with your case manager and participate in scheduled support meetings.
