Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen / Permanent Resident.
• BMI (body mass index) under 30.

Responsibilities

• Provide gestational surrogacy services as part of the surrogacy journey.
• Participate in medical, legal, and emotional support processes as guided by the agency.
