Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• BMI under 30.
• Willing to complete medical and legal screening as part of the process.

Responsibilities

• Provide gestational surrogacy services under agency guidelines.
• Participate in the intake process and maintain open communication with intended parents.
• Attend required medical screenings and appointments as directed.
